The production processes are characterized by a very high percentage of "manual skills", nothing is automated, the "personal" control of the production operators is constant and in all phases.

The result is the very high genuineness of our productions.

Eggplant caponata, wild fennel and sardines seasoning, artichokes in oil, dried tomatoes seasoned with island herbs, olives and vegetables invaded with our extra virgin olive oil from Nocellare Del Belice, and many other specialties such as pate and sauces ready.
